Brett Henley is an entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in his industry. Brett is the owner/operator of Middle Tennessee Propane and Henley Mini-Storage in Manchester Tennessee. Additionally, Brett is a commercial pilot holding certification as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), with additional ratings of CFII, and MEI.

Brett studied and received his degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Middle Tennessee State University. Brett is married and they have four adult children and one grandchild. Brett enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and up in the skies.

As a lifetime resident of middle Tennessee, Brett has always taken a great interest in the industrial growth of the area, especially education. Brett served on the Tennessee School Board Association beginning in 2016. He served in multiple roles as a member of the board, ending in 2021 as the President of the association. Brett served on the Coffee County School Board for more than 12 years with five of those serving as chairman of the board. He served on the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Manchester Education Committee, and the Manchester Rotary.
